Back in 1940, the Rittinger family made 3212 Pingree street their home. Initially, they rented the house, but a few years later, they purchased their dream home at 2743 Philadelphia Street.
However, as with all good things, the move brought its own set of challenges and sadness. Tilly, Sue and Bill’s beloved mother, passed away on October 12, 1945. Shortly after, Edward married Elizabeth Griffin on July 13, 1946.
